TOO BUSY?
I first saw this video about 5 years ago. There are many versions on the web, but all the same message…
It is rather “haunting” – but true…
God’s grace flows where there is a minus in your life. When you admit you are not perfect, His grace will flow. Grace upon grace, blessing upon blessing. Pray for the sick even when you are sick. Then you will receive your healing. God restored Job when he prayed for his friends. GOD’S PROMISE TO … Read more

(Verse 1)
Rise up again
Shake off the shadows
Unlock the doors
and let hope live once more
Cause up from the ashes
oh the fire is woken
Cause those who were broken,
are becoming the chosen
(Chorus)
So lift up your eyes
Cause we’re not forgotten
And hope will lead us on
Oh we pray for the dawn
and we reach for the mornin’
And hope will lead us on
(Verse 2)
Come let us see
Beyond these moments
Open our eyes, to to see the truth that You see
Cause all that we know now
When You’re all we hold to
You can’t disappoint us, it’s safe here with You
(Chorus)
So lift up your eyes
Cause we’re not forgotten
And hope will lead us on
Oh we pray for the dawn
and we reach for the mornin’
And hope will lead us on
And hope will lead us on
And hope will lead us on
And hope will lead us on
Invent a definition for the word “flangiprop,” then use the word in a post.
The funny thing is I went to Google to see if this really was a word, and all you see are our posts! I guess it’s a word now!
Yep, I know I need help….Here’s hoping you are dancing today! 🙂
Jesus, the Anointed One

V1
He is Father to the fatherless,
Protector of the weak.
He is Husband to the forsaken,
Defender of the meek.
He is Provision for the widow,
Freedom for the slave.
He is Justice for the oppressed,
Deliverance for the captive.
CHORUS x2
Jesus, The Anointed One,
He is Jesus the Anointed One,
God in our midst.
He is Jesus the Anointed One.
V2
He is Shepherd to the lost one,
Healing to the sick.
He is grace, mercy, and righteousness,
His Kingdom has no end.
He is comfort to the broken heart,
Counselor to the accused.
He is Prince of Peace in the storm,
He is the King of Kings.
Repeat Chorus
Yes, you believe in God, but do you believe in yourself? It’s not what YOU say to me that I am worried about, it’s what I say to me.
Check out this video from Dove on True Beauty.
I have to be honest, when I look in the mirror, it’s not always the most positive thing that I’m thinking. I’ve had some changes…after having four children, umpteen “girl” surgeries, and a broken leg this year, I’m not really in the best shape – physically. How come I can’t look like I was when I was 18? You know that girl is still in there!
That got me thinking, how do I define beauty? Well, it has it has changed over the years. I used to think it was a physical thing, how skinny I was, etc. I know, kinda shallow, but that’s how it is when you are young. And let’s face it, the media doesn’t help. Talk about unrealistic expectations! Hence the video…
So, I guess my definition has changed. It’s funny, once you redefine something, you see things differently. So yes, today I doing my best not to criticize what God has made – me… God doesn’t make junk. He saw what He had made, and God called it good. And you are beautiful too!

I love this guy, he has helped me to stop condemning myself.
I know this is kinda a commercial for one of his DVDs, but the message in the video is amazing. Joseph Prince has many more videos on YouTube, and his website:

Rejoicing in the Word with Isaiah 61.
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.”
