a bad chap in trouble
robbed the bank and
had stolen a car
I was there but
it isn’t my fault
I could be wrong
I know this isn’t
the time or place
maybe it’s just me
I swear I don’t even know
he is trying to run
and not tell
Maybe you didn’t
believe me
I could tell that in time
he would swear on
gods breath
He got fifteen years
in the place
Ladies, see the trouble
