Introducing ‘Rise Above It All’: My Award-Winning Song

As a musician I occasionally enter contests with my songs. Imagine my surprise when SongwriterUniverse notified me that I won Song of the Month for August 2025! Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus! The song I entered was “Rise Above It All”. It was a remake of my 15 year old song “Stand”. Just had to dust it off a bit and make it new.
