This week I was blessed by two different women in our church. All I did was go and listen. I spent time with them as they shared their lives, hopes, dreams, and how God has made a difference in their lives. I was humbled. Sometimes I think I get lost in my own little world and forget how important it is to make time for others. Thank you Lord for these new opportunities for growth!
According to Google: The power of church community lies in the mutual support, spiritual growth, and sense of belonging it provides to believers, fostering stronger faith through shared worship, accountability, and service to one another and the wider community. This collective journey, inspired by biblical examples like the early church in Acts, offers strength in adversity, companionship, and a platform for living out Christian values.
If we want an Acts Church, we need to foster community. We need each other. We need to see each other on more days than Sunday!

God’s Word for You
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”- Galatians 6:2
” As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17
“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” – Matthew 18:20
” My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:12-13
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,
“not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” – Hebrews 10:24-25
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” – Acts 2:42-47
My Prayer for You:
Dear Lord,
Forgive us for not assembling together. Forgive us for not sharing our struggles with those in our church community. Thank you for bringing this to my attention so I can go out into the world and meet someone today. Thank you for opening up those doors of opportunity to share how You have made such a huge difference in my life! Thank you for building my faith when I hear how You are working in others lives too, in Jesus Name, Amen.
