Let Our Shame Be Undone

Holy Spirit – Jesus Culture

©Bryan and Katie Torwalt 2011

Verse 1
There’s nothing worth more, that will ever come close
No thing can compare, You’re our living hope
Your Presence

Verse 2
I’ve tasted and seen, of the sweetest of Loves
Where my heart becomes free, and my shame is undone
In Your Presence

Chorus
Holy Spirit You are welcome here
Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere
Your Glory God is what our hearts long for
To be overcome by Your Presence Lord

Bridge
Let us become more aware of Your Presence
Let us experience the Glory of Your Goodness

GOD‘S PROMISE TO YOU :

And Moses said, I beseech You, show me Your glory.  And God said, I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim My name, The Lord, before you; for I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy and loving-kindness on whom I will show mercy and loving-kindness. (Exodus 33:18-19 AMP)

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him,
and he delivers them.
Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Fear the Lord, you his holy people,
for those who fear him lack nothing. (Psalm 34:7-9 NIV)

MY PRAYER FOR YOU:

Dear Lord,
Overwhelm us with Your Presence.  Surprise us with Your Goodness.  As we walk along in our day open our senses to be more aware of You.  Your Word says You never leave us, nor forsake us.  Open up our eyes to see You Lord.  Let us hear You rejoice over us with singing. Let us hear You call our names.  We love You Lord. Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere. Let our shame be undone in Your Presence, in Jesus’ Name.

  1. Thus says the Lord:

“Fear not; you will no longer live in shame. The shame of your youth and the sorrows of widowhood will be remembered no more, for your Creator will be your husband. The LORD Almighty is His name! He is your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, the God of all the earth” ~ Isaiah 54:4-5 NLT

As I listened to this anointed song, this scripture leapt into my spirit… Thank you for sharing, again, Diana.

    • Thank you Cheryl, The Lord uses you in amazing ways. The scripture in Isaiah about the Lord being my husband, that is the one I held onto the first year after my divorce. I didn’t date anyone that whole year. That in itself was a miracle! Thank you Jesus for sisters in Christ. Love to you too Cheryl, and peace.

  2. The scripture from Exodus where Moses prays, “I pray Thee, Lord, show me Your glory!” is a prayer that I pray often… that I’m praying right now as I post this. Thank you so much Diana, for sharing one of my favorite scriptures. Much love to you!

    Cheryl

  3. Oh, love this song! You are just a girl after my own heart 🙂 (in a godly way of course)
