Lt Gov: Texas will forego federal funds over LGBT policy

Today every school got a letter from the Department of Justice that allows any transgender student to enter the locker room or bathroom of the gender they “identify with.” And if our schools don’t comply, Obama has threatened to stop their funding.

Now I work at a High School. I know transgender kids. The problem that I have with this new directive is that now any teen boy can say, “hey, I am a girl today,” and enter the girls locker room or bathroom to see every girl there naked. They are teenagers. Or any girl can say, “hey I am a boy today” and go into the boys bathroom or locker room.  Again, they are teenagers.

I can tell you I am Christian and I am conservative. This is wrong. This is not Justice.  I support Texas and North Carolina. God bless them big Lord, and any other state that stands up for Christian values, in Jesus Name.

  1. Amen. I am deeply saddened to say that Governor Jack Markell, of my home state of Delaware. I am so impressed by those governors who are willing to stand firm against this evil, instead of jumping on the bandwagon, as did the governor of my state.

  3. Thanks for standing up for this important issue. There is not way boys should have access to girls bathrooms or locker rooms. Nor men as well. I live in Texas and fortunately we have people of principle in charge. Be blessed. God is with you.
