Sometimes God wakes me up early. Well, lately lots of times. That or I wake up with back pain and have to go from the bed to the recliner. That has been an ongoing battle with me. But either way, it has become my time to read my Bible, pray, and listen to what the Lord has to say.
Here is what He told me to pray for today:
Release Your calling on their life Lord
Shine Your marvelous light in their darkness
Show them who You are Lord
You are the king of Kings and the Lord of lords
Sound the shofar, Wake them up Lord
Pull them from the edge of the pit of destruction
Heal them and they shall be healed, Save them and they will be saved
Release Your calling on their life Lord
I am here to tell you:
You are called to be chosen, loved, adopted by God
You are called to be part of God’s family
You are called a royal priesthood, a holy nation
You are a peculiar people called to be born again
You are called to be baptized in Jesus Name washing away your sins
You are forgiven and redeemed and Called to be free through the precious blood of Jesus Christ
You are saved by God’s grace, nor by your own works, so that no Man can boast
You are called to be ministers of reconciliation, The truth keepers and the truth seekers
You have received a deposit guaranteeing your inheritance, the Holy Spirt, Christ in you and for you
Wake up and walk in your calling.
I didn’t know that today was Rosh Hashanah until later today. This is the first day of the Jewish New Year.,
I pray this for you today, and for me too! Here are the verses I looked up this afternoon:
“Arise [from spiritual depression to a new life], shine [be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord]; for your light has come,
And the glory and brilliance of the Lord has risen upon you.” – Isiah 60:1 AMP
“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” – Jeremiah 29:11 AMP
“Now, why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins by calling on His name [for salvation].’” – Acts 22;16AMP
“My beloved speaks and says to me,
‘Arise, my love, my fair one,
And come away.’”- Song of Solomon 2:10.AMP
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a consecrated nation, a[special] people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies [the wonderful deeds and virtues and perfections] of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. Once you were not a people [at all], but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. – 1 Peter 2:9-10
God bless you and keep you all in Jesus Name!
