Is Your Flesh Raping Your Soul?

Well, I knew after the last post, TO SIN OR NOT TO SIN, I would be “opening a can of worms”!  Law vs grace – it has been an issue ever since Jesus came. Here is an interesting comment I got from one of my followers on Google+.  I know there are some typos, but He does bring up a good point.

THIS IS WHY; JESUS SAID ALL MEN OF FLESH ARE SPIRITUALY DEAD; AND ARE BUT WALKING INVISIBLE GRAVES WHICH INNOCENT SOULS STUMBLE OVER AND DIE; BEWARE THE CONCISION [ FALSE RELIGIOUS MULTITUDES WHO GATHER IN THE VANITY OF THE FLESH=UNCIRCUMCISION; SAID JESUS;

 God’s Word for You:

A New Covenant

“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah—  not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord.  But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.  No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” (JEREMIAH 31:31-34 NKJV)

A New Covenant

For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.  Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah—not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord.  For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.  None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.  For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”   In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away. (HEBREWS 8:7-13 NKJV)

My Prayer for You:

Dear Lord,

Please teach us more about Your Love and the Love of the Father with Your Holy Spirit.  Let us leave the old covenant law nailed to the cross where You put it.  Forgive us for putting our ‘laws’ before Your grace.  Forgive us for thinking it’s all about us and what we do or don’t do.  We cannot earn Your Love. Thank you for reminding us that it’s still not about our flesh.  YOU provided the perfect sacrifice for our sins: Jesus did it – it is finished.

We have lived as a Fatherless Orphan too long.  You promised to reveal to us mighty and wonderful things.  Teach us Abba Father, give us a Grace Revolution, and let us walk in the grace and favor Jesus died to give us,  in Jesus Name.
