Funny how the same situation can make you laugh or cry, depending on where you are at. Is the glass half empty or half full? Did the chicken come first or the egg? Timeless questions that make us think and ponder the meaning of our existence.
As I get older, things that used to make me cry are now funny. Like when I locked my ex out of the house when he was in his bathrobe. Yep, it was another fight, and he had the hood of my car open and was pulling things apart. God told me to lock the door, so I did, and called the police…needless to say, he had to leave that night. At the time I was frightened, afraid of what he might do to me, and crying. But today, now that I am free, it’s hilarious!
