I was watching NUMBERS on Netflix last night. It’s kind of a math and science and police show. I like it, but I can only watch a few episodes or it. Makes my head hurt. Lots of math. Anyway, one of the actors said something that “hit” me right away in the spirit. Yes, God can even use tv to teach us something! The line was,

“You are a weapon for what is right, good, and true.”

Hmmmm. A weapon? It immediately brought to my mind the Word of God.

“For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.”Hebrews 4:12 (AMP)

Imagine we are the sword. We have the Living God inside of us. Christ is in us. The Light of the World. Who came to bring division. The peace part will come later. It’s a battle zone now. Good verses evil.

What are we cutting through in this world? Lies? Corruption? Hopelessness? Abuse? Stealing? Adultery?

You are the Warrior Bride of Christ. He may bring you to places where you don’t want to go. He may ask you to speak His Word, whether it is popular or not. Whether it is socially accepted or not.

What if God wants to bring that light into some darkness as He expands His Kingdom?

Are ready to walk it out Warrior?

You carry the Word Of God in you and through you Warrior.

The Kingdom of God is here in you Princess or Prince Warrior.

The time is now Warrior,

His glory has risen upon you!

“I have come to cast fire upon the earth, and how I wish that it were already kindled!
I have a baptism with which to be baptized, and how greatly and sorely I am urged on (impelled, constrained) until it is accomplished!
Do you suppose that I have come to give peace upon earth? No, I say to you, but rather division;
For from now on in one house there will be five divided [among themselves], three against two and two against three.
They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.” Luke 12:49-53

Stand strong. Stand on his Word. And truth in love. You are a weapon for what is right, good, and true. We know how this one ends!

The Whole Armor of God

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
